Date:2021-05-26 15:19:39 Click:320次

Customs inspection of cabinets will incur some additional fees, but these fees are not collected by the customs, but the fees charged by the terminal, such as hanging cabinet fees, demolition fees, etc., because this fee is charged by the customs inspection, so the terminal generally calls these fees This is the customs inspection fee, and the terminal will issue a formal invoice.

These counter checks are paid by SHIPPER.

Generally, the customs will have an inspection notice before the goods are inspected, and an inspection report will be issued after the inspection is completed.

What does the "customs inspection" check? Come, let's take a look at the details!

Inspection is an important means of customs supervision. Customs declaration is only a procedure. The customs will conduct random inspections on some sensitive product names based on its own experience and policies at the time. Of course, there will also be random inspections for no reason at all.

During the inspection, the box will be opened to see whether it is consistent with the customs declaration information, product name, quantity, declared value and other information, whether there is tax fraud, evasion of commodity inspection, and incorrect HS code classification.

Customs inspection does not charge money, but because the inspection is carried out in the port area, the port area is responsible for unpacking, loading and unloading, sealing, etc., so it must pay the port area. This is also a national regulation.

There are generally several directions for customs inspection of goods, so common inspection errors generally include:

A. Check the product name

The more error-prone thing here is that the scientific name and common name of the product are easy to make mistakes, and then the Chinese product name and actual product name translated from multiple meanings of English words sometimes do not match.

B. Check specifications

It is easy to make mistakes that some factory customers put up the carton packaging specifications, and there are many specifications, which require one the largest and the smallest, and then there are some irregular product lengths. There are two specifications, one is the length above. , A length below.

C. Check the quantity

It is the total quantity. Errors are caused by under-reporting and over-reporting, especially for tax refunds. The reason for the frequent errors here is that the customs declaration information was made in advance, and the data was changed during container loading and forgot to update.

D. Check the weight

There are two places where weight is more prone to error.

The first is that the gross weight and net weight of bulk goods are 3%-5% higher than the actual weight.

The second is that products priced by weight only know the gross weight but the net weight is calculated. Many customers have the gross weight minus the net weight divided by the number of pieces not to exceed 1 or 2 kilograms to reverse the net weight, which leads to inconsistent with the actual net weight. , I have experienced a funny customer using this method to calculate the wrong net weight. In the final inspection, the customs did not need to open the box and weigh the problem. The reason turned out to be that each carton customized by the customer has a box mark. The gross weight and net weight of the single room are all on the label, which is completely incompatible with the weight of the customs declaration. This is too sloppy. It is estimated that the cartons were made in advance.

E. Check the number of pieces

The more error-prone part is that the tail box, samples and gifts are not included. Once a customer shipped a cabinet with self-produced goods, and when the cabinet was loaded, it was installed at the door of the cabinet to help foreign customers install the goods bought in China 4 ,5 boxes of other factory products, the total number of pieces is not summed

F. Check mark

Some products have marks, some do not, and some marks will reflect some products, logo information, if any, it must be reflected on the customs declaration.

G. Check for infringement

As everyone knows, pay attention to distinguish between famous brand, imitation brand, brand, tag, R logo, and Logo.

H. Check the place of production

It is the source of goods. Some factories will disclose the information or advertising information of the source of some products in the packaging, especially when the tripartite trade is prone to wrong origin information or destination information, especially tripartite trade to Russia, Singapore company If you buy goods from China and sell them to Russian buyers whose suppliers are not clear, do not make mistakes about the origin information at random, otherwise the customs cannot be cleared.

I. Check classification

Check whether the customs code is accurate. It is easier to make mistakes that the classification of multi-functional products should be accurate. For example, a tablet with a call function should be classified as a mobile phone instead of a tablet.

G. Check the old and new

Many old things cannot be exported. The error-prone thing is that the machines in the flat-panel open-top cabinets are exposed to the rain and it is easy to make people misjudge them as old, and the moving and immigration cabinets are old.

K. Check price

The code corresponding to each type of goods imported and exported by the customs has a price range in the customs system. There are generally two ranges, one is the price range of the local export port, and the other is the national price limit range, especially for imports. The price review is particularly strict at the time of export, and it is relatively better at the time of export. Those who need this price range can ask me for it. I have an electronic file on hand.

L. Sampling and inspection

This kind is relatively rare, and it is usually products such as chemicals that need to be tested that cannot be judged by the naked eye.

M. Check the car body

Check the container trucks that consign containers during transportation between China and Hong Kong.

N. Check the cabinet

When inspecting the container, there is basically no careful inspection, and no problems can be found. Usually, it is carefully inspected when special containers are used.

O. Whether to clip

It is whether there are some things that are not produced by the factory or are underreported. I see more of this, such as bacon sausages, brand-name TVs, books, and electric bicycles.
