       2. Marine export process of new energy vehicles

       01 Preparation before declaration

Before exporting, foreign traders should understand the relevant laws, regulations, and other regulations of the export or region regarding automotive products, and ensure that the exported products comply with the mandatory technical requirements in the fields of safety, environmental protection, energy conservation, etc. - automotive technical regulations and product access management system (including management agencies, processes, etc.).

02 Sending manifest information and declaring goods

The carrier of the manifest shall transmit the main data of the pre configured manifest to the customs before handling the declaration procedures.

       03 Declaration of goods

According to the standardized declaration requirements of the General Administration of Customs, electronic texts of packing lists, invoices, and contracts are provided to declare to the customs through the China International Trade Single Window. Automobile exports are applicable to the national customs clearance integration mode, and enterprises can independently choose the export declaration place and exit port. (Pure electric vehicles do not require an export license)

       04 Arrival of goods

After all new energy vehicles have arrived at the customs supervised workplace, the relevant venue operator shall submit the delivery report to the customs through electronic data. After receiving the report, the customs can handle the inspection or release procedures for the goods and items; Meanwhile, China's single window for international trade will provide feedback on relevant information.

If the customs declaration is controlled and inspected at the port, the China International Trade Single Window will inform the enterprise that the goods need to be inspected; After receiving the notification, the enterprise shall go to the customs inspection department at the port to handle the inspection procedures; The customs at the port shall arrange an inspection plan based on the application of the enterprise, implement the inspection according to the inspection instructions, and enter the inspection results after the inspection is completed. If no abnormalities are found, the vehicle will be released.

       05 Release of goods

The release of goods can be divided into two situations: inspection and non inspection. Without direct inspection, the H2018 system automatically releases the customs declaration based on the electronic arrival report. If there is inspection, the subsequent disposal method will be determined based on the inspection results.

       (1) Verify normal

The H2018 system automatically completes the release operation by inputting the inspection processing results by the customs at the inspection location.

       (2) Abnormal inspection

The customs at the place of declaration shall conduct inspection and subsequent processing. If release is possible, the customs at the place of declaration shall enter the comprehensive disposal results to complete the release operation.

       06 shipment export

After the customs completes the release of the customs declaration form, the enterprise shall present the customs electronic or paper release certificate to the regulatory site to handle the shipment procedures of the goods.

       07 Clearance

After the goods are shipped, the system automatically settles customs declarations that meet Taiwan's conditions
